Base Skin Clinic is owned and run by Claire Mellery-Pratt, a fully qualified NHS midwife since 2005 and a registered member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
The clinic was born from a genuine passion for great skincare and a belief that everyone deserves to look and feel their best. After having children, Claire personally experienced feeling tired and lacking confidence. Turning to aesthetic treatments helped her feel refreshed, more confident and more like herself again.
Inspired by the positive impact this had, Claire decided she wanted to help others feel the same. She completed advanced aesthetic training with Interface Aesthetics, a leading Harley Street-based training provider, renowned for delivering some of the highest standards in the UK.
Base Skin Clinic offers only carefully selected, results-driven treatments, with a strong focus on enhancing natural beauty rather than changing it. Claire works with each client’s individual features to achieve subtle, natural results that leave you looking refreshed and feeling like the best version of yourself.
